What is NôMI?

NôMI sparkling water is made with real Michigan cherries, including flavors infused with real citrus. Authentic taste, refreshing and 100% natural.

Where can I buy NôMI?

We are available on this website, DrinkNomi.com and in many retailers in Michigan. Check out our STORE LOCATOR page.

Is NôMI really 0, 0, 0?

NôMi is a clean, refreshing drink. All NôMI flavors have zero sugar added. We have zero calories and zero added sweeteners.

Does NôMI have any caffeine?

NôMI contains only sparkling water and real fruit extracts. NôMI is caffeine free.

Is NôMI Pasturized?

All NôMI drinks are pasteurized to deliver you the best product and to comply with FDA food and beverage safety regulations.

How do I interpret the date code stamping on the packaging?

Our NôMI products are stamped on the production date with a best by date. Check the can for this stamp.

What forms of payments does the online store accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

When will my credit card be charged after placing the order?

Your credit card will be charged upon completion of your order.

How do you ship?  How are charges calculated?

We provide multiple shipping options on our website. Our products are packaged in a heavy duty corrugate shipper to protect from any damages.  We also offer FREE shipping promotions often, so watch our social media.  We ship to anywhere in the USA. We do not ship internationally.

What is the timing for my order?

We will process your order in 1 – 3 business days and it will take approximately 3 – 6 business days to arrive to your destination.

Can you ship to a PO Box or similar such as an APO/FPO address?

No we can’t do that yet.

What type of tracking information will I receive for my order?

All online orders receive an email notification that contains a tracking number for your order once shipped.

What type of return policy do you have?

We don’t accept returns of product or any exchanges of products. If your order has damage from transportation, or if you received the wrong NôMI order, the best course of action is to reach out to our customer service team by sending an email to sales@drinknomi.com.

Can I edit my order or cancel it completely?

Because we strive to be as fast as possible with fulfilling orders, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been placed into our system.

What if I have general issues with my order?
