NôMI Cherry and Whiskey Spritz

INGREDIENTS

• 2oz bourbon
• 1oz hot cinnamon simple syrup.
• 1 dash of bitters

Whiskey, bitters, and simple syrup in a tin with ice. Stir 30 times, strain on to fresh ice in a rocks glass. Top with Nomi cherry sparkling water.
