- 2oz bourbon
- 1oz hot cinnamon simple syrup.
- 1 dash of bitters
Whiskey, bitters, and simple syrup in a tin with ice. Stir 30 times, strain on to fresh ice in a rocks glass. Top with Nomi cherry sparkling water.
